Laura is a highly experienced commercial property litigator who helps businesses navigate property disputes with confidence, clarity and commercially focused advice. She is known for building strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted extension of the team to the businesses she supports.

Working closely with landlords, tenants, investors and national occupiers, Laura understands that commercial property disputes are about more than legal issues, they're about protecting business interests, maintaining momentum and delivering practical outcomes. Clients value her approachable style, strategic thinking and ability to find solutions that work in the real world.

Laura advises extensively on commercial landlord and tenant portfolio management and real property disputes. Her experience includes contested lease renewals, possession claims, conditional break options, rent arrears, development agreement disputes, restrictive covenants and adverse possession.

Laura has particular expertise in the retail and leisure sectors, advising a number of well-known national businesses on all aspects of property litigation across extensive property portfolios. Her experience includes acting for a leading interiors brand, a national bakery and café chain, and a multinational supermarket, where she played a key role in supporting strategic development and expansion projects across the UK.

Before joining Estate Legal, Laura spent more than 18 years at Clarke Willmott, where she was a Partner in the firm's top tier Property Litigation team. Like Amy and Bonnie, her focus on offering a more exclusive level of client service made her a natural addition to the Estate Legal leadership team.
